Begin with one washed and dried strawberry

Using a paring knife, cut off stem in a “v” shape, round tops of strawberry using knife.

Slice strawberry in half.

Slice halves into halves. You should now have 4 pieces (if you have fairly small strawberries you may only be able to get 2 pieces).

Cut sides from strawberries to remove rounded edge.

Use to decorate cupcakes/cake, frosted sugar cookies, cheesecake, mousse, pies, pastries etc.
