When I was designing our Glitzy Thanksgiving Collection I wanted to create items that would be practical- items that really are useful in a dessert bar, but more likely your dinner table, as most people will not be creating a dessert bar, but using the pieces in your table setting.



Thanksgiving Decorations:
Glided pumpkins from Home Goods and gold leave floral spray from Zgallerie

I think this pumpkin would be easy to make yourself though. you would just need glitter/ sequins and glitter glue. I glittered some branches like this. took less than 20 minutes and turn out GREAT!

For the place settings on the table we had gilded green floral sprays with pinecones.... (notice a pattern- just add a few touches of glitz to make your Thanksgiving sparkle). The centerpiece had more gilded pumpkins.

Also we hung these glittery pinecones! (Also, found these at Homegoods)

Now for the Thanksgiving desserts! 
Thanksgiving is usually all about the pie!If I make anything other than pie for Thanksgiving it has to be GOOD and I mean GOOOOD! So I had some traditional pie desserts and also some fun unique twists on the traditional pie desserts. 
I wanted a one stop spot for everything so I am also including all of the Thanksgiving dessert recipes we used as well!




These I actually ended up making these Carmel Pistachio Cupcakes as I went along. They were suppose to be these pecan pie cupcakes but the pecan filling frosting never sat up and I had it in a cooled location for over 8 hours! So I improvised and came up with this cupcake that I think they are delicious!


To represent Cherry pie I made these mini cherry pie cookies! Super easy and were so good! I use my fool proof- 15 minutes pie crust recipe to make these fun cherry pie cookies.


But these Salted Caramel Shortbread cookies were hands down my favorite find ever!!! I altered the recipe a bit because the Caramel was sticky to the teeth. Heres the tried and true recipe. They were devoured in minutes!


I am a true Pecan pie LOVER!!!! I went to Houston, Tx a little over a year ago and had Goode's Pecan pie. I was seriously in heaven! They have mastered the pecan pie. I scoured the internet and found their secret ingredient: vinegar. It makes such a difference. Here is the recipe for this deliciousness!  I also have fool proof crust that can be whipped up in less then 15 minutes- no chilling or anything!
